Dr. Parmer is currently in an Assistant Professor at Miami University - Hamilton within the Department of Commerce. Her professional experience is within all aspects of the music business, residential property management and sales on up to 2,000 unit properties, business-to-business telecommunications sales in a multi-state territory and retail sales and sales training in a “big box” environment.

In addition, Dr. Parmer conducts quantitative research in the fields of leadership, management, and marketing, publishing her articles in top academic journals.
