CINCINNATI, Ohio—Feb. 13, 2020 – Cincinnati’s would-be entrepreneurs can take their dreams into reality this year through a workshop designed to put plans into action.

“Small Business Dream to Reality” is a half-day workshop March 10 offered by SCORE Greater Cincinnati. Attendees will explore the basics of validating their concept, preparing for execution, legal and regulatory issues, funding and business plans. They’ll leave with helpful handouts and next steps.

Registration is $29 through the SCORE website. The organization is also offering two focused workshops in March, including Website Essentials for Small Business (March 21) and Small Business Accounting (March 24).

SCORE has helped hundreds of people start local businesses, including popular names like The Spicy Olive, Sweets and Meats BBQ and The Yoga Bar.

SCORE Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana Chapter is a nonprofit organization with approximately 100 experienced volunteers who offer free mentoring in all aspects of business development and operations. The chapter offers low-cost educational seminars and maintains an extensive library of business briefs and online webinars. SCORE is the oldest and largest free business mentoring organization in the US with over 12,000 volunteers nationwide who are motivated to give back to their local communities through their support of small business.
