I have demonstrated success in the areas of sales, professional services, operations management, customer support and process improvement and I will bring this espertise to help you with your business needs. As a business professional and consultant, I have worked with large and small business to increase revenue and profitability, improve customer satisfaction, drive culture change, and deliver service excellence. I can provide assistance with business development, building a services practice, management training, and process improvement. I can provide marketing guidance and suggestions for increasing profitable sales. In addition to my business experience I have had the proviledge to teach at the university level for both undergtraduate and graduate level students. I have taught at the University of Dayton, Xavier University, and Northern Kentucky University as an adjunct professor. I also volunteer in my community through programs like Habitat for Humanity, the Knights of Columbus, Tender Mercies, and Inter Parish Ministries. As a SCORE volunteer, I am looking forward to helping small businesses achieve their goals.
